Dr G D Dwivedi has spent his career working across key areas of labour administration, compliance and dispute resolution. His approach is grounded in fairness, research and a deep respect for the rule of law. With an LLD degree awarded in 1996 and ten years of teaching experience at the college level, he brings both academic insight and practical reasoning to every matter he handles.
He has served the Madhya Pradesh Government for thirty six years in senior roles, including Labour Welfare Commissioner, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Assistant Secretary of the MPBOC Board and Law Officer in the Labour Department. His background includes overseeing welfare initiatives, representing the government in disputes and contributing to labour law publications. Each case he takes is approached with diligence, clarity and a commitment to lawful outcomes.
