I am Dr G D Dwivedi, and my professional journey has been guided by a deep respect for the rule of law and its role in maintaining fairness in society. I believe that accountability strengthens every institution and that those who are harmed deserve the full remedies that the law provides. My work has always focused on offering clarity, responsible guidance and practical solutions to individuals and organisations.
I was awarded an LLD degree in 1996 and taught law for ten years as a part-time professor. Alongside academics, I have served thirty six years in senior positions within the Madhya Pradesh Government, including Labour Welfare Commissioner, Assistant Labour Commissioner, Assistant Secretary of the MPBOC Board and Law Officer in the Labour Department. My published research includes contributions to the M P Labour and Service Law Reporter and the Indian Factories and Labour Law Reporter, focusing on labour welfare laws and their effect on management and society.
